Attend
Three tracks
Customer · business partner · development partner
Every edition, every region
You register against one of three tracks, and the agenda you get is the one that answers your actual question.
The tracks are not seating categories. They decide which sessions are scheduled against each other, which exhibitors are told to expect you, and what the person next to you at dinner is likely to want to talk about.
All three share the same floor, the same evenings and the same gala dinner. Nobody is fenced out of a room. The track just makes sure that the three days are worth the flight for the reason you came.
From the floorEvery year we leave TPAC with new leads in addition to a renewed sense of energy.

Three days, one room
Three days to find out what your Sage installation could also be doing — demonstrated by the people who wrote the add-on, on your version, answering your question, rather than by a slide with a roadmap on it.
The exhibitor list is small enough to get through in full. Most customers who come once come back with a colleague, because the second visit is where the shortlist turns into a decision.
Come if
- You are being asked for something Sage does not do Warehouse, manufacturing, document capture, field service, expenses — somebody has already built it.
- You are about to buy blind See it running, and talk to a partner already running it, before you commit.
- You want the roadmap from Sage directly Sage attends and presents product direction at every edition.

Next year’s catalogue
Find the third-party products you will be reselling next year, and meet the developers who will pick up the phone when a client of yours is stuck at eleven at night.
This is the track with the longest memories in the room. A good proportion of the North American delegates have been coming since the Accpac years, which is worth knowing before you pitch anything as new.
Come if
- Your catalogue has not changed in two years Nine exhibitors take all three regions; dozens more take one.
- You need a developer who answers Support is a relationship. Three days in the same hotel builds one faster than three years of tickets.
- You want to compare, not be sold to Competing products are on the same floor, on the same day.

This is your conference
TPAC exists because of you. The whole conference is arranged around third-party products that work with Sage — which makes this the one room a year where being an add-on is not a footnote to somebody else’s keynote.
Most development partners exhibit rather than simply attend. If that is what you are here for, the exhibitor pages have the detail.
Come if
- You want partners, not leads The resellers who will carry your product for a decade are in this room.
- You are entering a new region One year buys you South Africa, North America and Asia.
- You want to hear it straight Customers say what is missing to your face, three days running.

Registering
Four steps,
one email.
Registration opens per edition rather than for the year, because each region has its own venue, room block and training schedule.
- Pick the editionSouth Africa opens the year, North America follows in spring, Asia closes it. Each has its own page with venue, dates and status.
- Pick your trackCustomer, business partner or development partner. If you are exhibiting, start at the exhibitor pages instead.
- Register for that editionRegistration for a given edition opens once its dates are confirmed. Until then, the circuit list is how you hear first.
- Book the room block, then the appDelegates stay on site wherever the venue allows it. The agenda, exhibitor list and floor plan arrive in the event app shortly before the doors open.
Rates are quoted per edition.
Delegate rates, exhibitor stand rates and training fees differ by region and are not published on this page. Ask and you will get the current sheet for whichever edition you are asking about.
