Exhibit
Three regions, one year
South Africa · North America · Asia
Nine partners take all three
Every other conference puts the platform on stage and the add-on in the corridor. TPAC is the one where the corridor is the conference.
The entire event exists to show third-party products that work with Sage. There is no competing keynote track to lose your audience to, and no exhibitor hall tucked behind a curtain — the floor is where the delegates are told to spend their day.
The exhibitor list is kept small enough that a delegate can get round all of it in three days. That is a deliberate constraint, and it is the single most valuable thing about exhibiting here.
From an exhibitorEvery year we leave TPAC with new leads in addition to a renewed sense of energy.

Sage attends every edition and presents product direction. TPAC is organised independently of Sage; the two are not the same thing, and the difference is most of the point.
What exhibiting is
A stand, three days,
and the evenings.
The commercial detail differs by region and is quoted per edition. What does not differ is the shape of it.
- A stand on the exhibitor floorThe floor is open across all three days and is where the agenda deliberately sends delegates between sessions.
- A listing in the registered exhibitor directoryPublished in the event app alongside the agenda, before the doors open, so delegates arrive with a plan.
- The same hotel as the delegatesWherever the venue allows it, exhibitors and delegates stay on site. Twenty-three years of business in this ecosystem has been done somewhere in the second half of the evening.
- The gala awards dinnerOne evening in the middle of every edition where the room is seated together rather than split across a floor.
- The option of all three regionsExhibitors who take the whole rotation are listed as Global Gold partners and are on the floor at every edition, everywhere.
Global Gold partners
Partners across
every region.
Most exhibitors pick a region. Global Gold is the small group that exhibits at every edition, which is why a customer in Muldersdrift and a partner in Toronto can end up running the same add-on. Their names appear on every regional exhibitor list, every year.

Booking a stand
Ask, and you get
the current sheet.
Stand rates, sizes and the Global Gold package are quoted per edition and are not published here, because they change with the venue.
Tell us the region and the product.
That is enough to come back with the stand options for the relevant edition, what is included, and whether the Global Gold rotation makes sense for you. Exhibitor stands are allocated in the order they are booked.
