Recaps
Three editions concluded
2026 South Africa · North America
2025 Asia
A conference is only three days long. The recap is how it stays useful for the other three hundred and sixty-two.
After every edition the organisers publish a written recap — what worked, who exhibited, and, unusually, what needed fixing. It is the clearest signal that this is run by people who intend to be doing it again next year.
What follows is the photographic record: TPAC’s own images from each concluded edition, regraded but not restaged. The written recap for each edition is published separately by the organisers.
South Africa
2026
Glenburn Lodge & Spa
Muldersdrift · Gauteng
8–10 March 2026
The fourth South African edition, and the largest so far. A full room under the thatch, an exhibitor floor that ran for three days, and a gala dinner nobody left early.
The written recap is published by the organisers.
Including the event director’s notes on what ran well and what will be changed for the next edition.
North America
2026
Hyatt Regency Toronto
Toronto · Ontario
31 May – 2 June 2026
The twenty-third North American edition. Recognitions handed out on the final morning, and a floor that stayed busy right through to the close.
Twenty-three editions, and counting.
North America has run every year since 2003 except one. The full record is in the archive.
Asia 2025
Mai House Saigon Hotel
Ho Chi Minh City · Vietnam
12–14 October 2025
The second Asian edition, and the one that made the rotation a rotation. Training either side of the three days, and a gala awards dinner in the middle.
The next Asian edition has not been announced.
City, venue and dates are still to come. The circuit list is how you hear first.

earlier editions.
Photographs going back to 2022 sit in the archive alongside the full record of venues and dates, from Vancouver in 2003 to Muldersdrift in 2026.
